 Navigating the development journey

We followed a structured approach to meet our client’s business objectives:

  1. We reviewed the client’s design, provided technical feedback and suggestions, and then followed up by estimations.
  2. Our team adopted the Kanban methodology for seamless, ongoing progress.
  3. We presented weekly progress to the client, received feedback, and made necessary adjustments.
  4. After completing and testing the main project, we handed it to the client for UAT to gather their feedback.
  5. We discussed and implemented additional features based on the client’s new requests.
  6. After final UAT and client approval, we prepared for production deployment and successfully released the product.

Each stage ensured we stayed in sync with the client’s vision, delivering a product that met their needs.
