Navigating the development journey
We followed a structured approach to meet our client’s business objectives:
- We reviewed the client’s design, provided technical feedback and suggestions, and then followed up by estimations.
- Our team adopted the Kanban methodology for seamless, ongoing progress.
- We presented weekly progress to the client, received feedback, and made necessary adjustments.
- After completing and testing the main project, we handed it to the client for UAT to gather their feedback.
- We discussed and implemented additional features based on the client’s new requests.
- After final UAT and client approval, we prepared for production deployment and successfully released the product.
